C Y Property Management, Inc. is a real estate management company that specializes in the marketing and management of apartment communities.  The company was formed by Claudia Yorton and Dan Shedd who have been actively involved in the Chico area rental industry for over 25 years.

Claudia Yorton is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and holds the title of Certified Property Manager, (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Claudia has been managing rental properties since 1983 and is a frequent guest speaker and trainer for the North Valley Property Owners’ Association, local schools, and the City of Chico.

Dan Shedd is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser.  Dan has been involved in the local rental industry for over 30 years, managing commercial rental properties and working with local property developers and syndicators.
