C.Y. Property Management, Inc. is a real estate management company that specializes in the management of apartment communities. The company was formed by Claudia Yorton and Dan Shedd. We have been actively involved in the local rental industry for more than 25 years, managing over 2,500 apartments for numerous property owners and investors.

Chico is our home and and it is important to us that we provide residents with quality housing and property owners with competent and professional management services.
